Carson Street

Will the narrowing of Carson Street in the downtown corridor come to be? My opinion: Yes, it will. The proposal might be; to use the remaining 1/8 sales tax as the financial apparatus to allow the City to take out a Bond, or other similar type action. I believe the Redevelopment Authority should have taken the lead on this endeavor;   it should be their financial responsibility and/or businesses in that particular corridor to fund any and all improvements.
