Will Carson Street be narrowed and if so, just where will the funds come from. My guess is yes, not only will it be narrowed there will be two round abounds at each end of Carson Street. Where will funding come from? Again just my opinion, they will use the remaining 1/8 sale taxes to pay for this endeavor.
