City Manager






Performance evaluation can only occur when overall revenues are calculated against overall expenses.

Performance must be further be based upon the overall performance of departments managers as a city manager is the leader of our organization and prioritizes the interest of each department.

A strong organizational city manager is critical for our success - balancing short term needs against long term goals is true leadership.

True trust can only exist when all parties are actively informed of existing conditions within the community and that is the responsibility of the city manager to communicate. This will help to form a successful relationship between the city manager and the elected board that they serve.
