City manager

> It is my opinion: the City Manager should direct staff to cooperate with the Board of Supervisors by; providing the same information to all Board members they have provided to one Board member regarding an inquiry made about the agenda item coming before the Board.
>
> Presently the city manager and staff do not provide to all Board members such information that they provided to one individual Board member. So the presumption is if the Board member fails to ask the right question they will not be entitled to the information.
>
> By excluding Board members from knowing factual information provided to another board member - this could influence how the Board member would vote. Fairness dictates that all Board members should be provided the same information.
