Revenue impacts growth

The private sector produces a product or a service for a profit so they are prudent in how their borrowed or spend money because  earning money is essential for survival. 

Carson City government operates within a budget providing vital services but  doesn't produce revenue yet somehow constantly grows. That growth percentage  should be similar to the  growth of the community.  

Learning how to  run leaner and more efficiently is a constant battle and how it will effect our quality of life, is often over looked.
