There is no limit to the amount of useful feedback City Staff can get from its citizens, so long as the methods for giving feedback are accessible and clear. Behind the scenes, City staff can capture information and convert it into standardized formats so that it can be organized and then made access to all. Then we can analyze and use this feedback from citizens to improve our services.
