Can innovation over take bureaucracy?

Innovation breaks down all resistant to chance, if bureaucracy doesn't move fast enough it will be over taken - by innovation - well only if those in charge allow it.

Resisting new technology is government biggest failure. If we have Document signatures on line and accepted by parties for loans or other legal papers - why isn 't it acceptable to vote or sign petitions on line?

New technology is not the problem it is government agencies refusing to open up and share the data of their hidden treasures.

How can local government use innovation? By allowing their data to be accessed, should it be, yes. Many would say nothing is easy for the government but just the opposite should occur - it should be - if not then they are just failing more consistently and more efficiently.

The public should have access to information - it should searchable and standardized. There are countless ways government can benefit from releasing this hidden data.

Transparency is the best way to combat one of the biggest time consuming functions government deals with - and that is answering questions about how they spend the money.
