Collaboration starts with the willingness to actually share information. The new reality of technology can open doors to a two-way stream of information.

Hand held devices is presently allowing people to quietly have a voice - it's all about making sure if you want to have a voice - you can. Finding solutions increasingly should become easier - yet surprisingly they have become more difficult.

Some would say:
"Government is like a slot machine - you put money in - and occasionally the machine will pay out a few goods and services. Fundamental it's decided what you receive prior to putting your coin in the machine - as each machine is preset."

Modernizing anything starts with - our view of the way it is presently. If we don't have vision nothing changes, never will.
