The Redevelopment Authority and the Planning Commission need to take the lead by putting into operation our master plan for the entire community. The Redevelopment Authority then should bring the Visitor Bureau and the Art & Cultural community into this common vision. Most importanly the Revelopment Authority needs to attain some strong creditability in being a source that brings businesses to Carson City.
